Pet Activists Call On Death Row Dog's Owner To Relinquish Custody..

Please keep the dog alive release to a sanctuary. Dog's life is more important then ownership.. Pets are not owned by us, they are family and we would never consider killing a child they would be placed in custody. So place your dog in custody, that way it lives!
Someone needs to start a petition for each state and federal congress. It needs to state the need for harsher laws and punishments for animal abuse. it needs to state each type of offense and the suggested maximum and minimum penlites for each.
I wish a group that recognizes animals as sentient beings would step in and do this then it should be sent to each section of government with hundreds of thousands of signatures. There is an election coming up in 2013/2014 action needs to start now.
