ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
149 neglected dogs were seized from Willamette Animal Rescue in Salem, Oregon on Sunday night.
The Oregon Humane Society is calling it the largest animal neglect case they have ever had.
Police arrested the rescue's president, 24-year-old Alicia Marie Inglish, and booked her into the Marion County Jail where she was charged with 120 counts of Animal Neglect 2 and one count of Tampering with Evidence.
She is being held on $300,000 bail and is due in court Monday afternoon.
When police entered the warehouse they described a horrific scene..
