Justice for Miracle. One woman was arrested Friday night in connection with the abuse of a 2 month old puppy from Henderson County that was sick with parvo and left in sub-freezing temperatures. Authorities say an arrest warrant was issued in the case for 34-year-old Wendy Cobb.
