On Dec 18th 2012 ..12-18-2012 a Motion for Reduction of Bail was made.

ReplyDeleteI hate this sub-human piece of crap. I wish her much pain and loss for the rest of her life. I can't get what she did to Mary out of my head. I don't understand how anyone could do such a horrible thing like that to anything. She is a very deranged woman and needs to put away for a very long time.

Upon an initial examination of the details of this case, it does not appear that there is a relatively high "flight risk," or a particularly high chance of her commiting more such crimes at this time. If I am right in making these judgements, she has just as much a right to freedom prior to sentencing as any other criminal. Freedom -- monitored, of course -- is important an important thing is such cases in terms of being able to attain proper legal counsel and setting one's affairs in order prior to potential imprisonment

ReplyDeleteThe Judge so far has been very receptive to all of us emailing, faxing and calling the Court house about SEAN D JANAS. They have her diary in their possession..what more could they possibly need to put this scum away? Lets hope the Judge comes through for poor Mary. Sincerely Jayne
DeleteI am hoping that while this thing is in jail or prision, that she gets the treatment that people who miss treat children get. Hopefully the only way she comes out is feet first.

ReplyDeleteHi, STEVE KUICK - Mary's owner has recently come out of rehab. This man has stated he didnt know what was happening. I do not for one moment beleive that crap. Mary would have been scared around JANAS and im sure that KUICK would have noticed that, unless of course he was drugged out of his mind??? I have asked previously that KUICK face some sort of cruelty charges over the "part" he played in this crime. No luck with that- sadly. Poor Mary didnt deserve the cruelty that was inflicted on her over many months, nor did she deserve to die so savagely at the hands of JANAS on that fateful June day. MARY'S LAW is now in place in Wausau WI so at least one good thing has happened due to poor Marys death..so far. Hugs Jayne

DeleteIs there an email address that we can have, to send emails to the judge to support full punishment? She should not be walking around free. This is a huge red flag, she has to be committed.
ReplyDeleteYears ago, we had a pet that was killed by a neighbor boy, we were allowed to write a letter to the judge, which ended up being read in court. The judge did take our letter into consideration. Can we send emails, in this case, for consideration?

ReplyDeletePlease apply the full weight of the law to this dangerous person and n no cheap bail. A long term in prison is what deserve people who torture any alive creature.
Wish I could be there, but I also will be there in spirit. In honour of Mary and all other animals who have met similar ends. This one is particularly well-thought-out and is incredibly evil. I hope that justice is served here. Janas should be locked up in a remote location for the rest of her life. I would say she should receive more, but the laws in place are so very weak, and in some cases do not even exist. She is a cruel, horrific, and evil individual.

Someone with legal authority must...MUST...realize that a few months in jail and a fine are NOT suitable sentences for psychotic torturers. And psychosis DOES NOT equal a "go-free" ticket. This poor dog. I just can't imagine what she went through--just to look at her trusting face is more than I can bear.
ReplyDeleteMay the judge in this case make the motion to initiate a MARY'S LAW. This is a perfect way to move forward with punishment that suits the crime across the nation. There is far too much of this, and it is treated too lightly in our courts. Even two or five years is NOT enough for an animal abuser/torturer/killer. The way we punish criminals who take a life is the model we should be following. A life for a life. You take away a life and you destroy a soul.
I have followed this story from the UK and this woman is evil. If she can treat a dog like this what could she do to a child?
