I spoke with a representative of the Rosenberg, Texas shelter. She said that the dog was unruly, and not trained. And neighbors were super upset. Being attacked by the dog.
ReplyDeleteI am concerned about the dog. But, what responsibility is owner taking?
Owners do need to be able to control their dogs. Not trying to be judgemental about person. But what do "we" do when someone won't keep up their part by walking dog, giving it proper exercise, boundaries, training. Dogs do need owners who manage them.
we don't know the whole story. But, the gal said there are two sides to this story.
