Big Game HUNTING in Australian outback?

BIG game hunting in the Australian outback could become a tourist attraction under a scheme to allow the shooting of camels, water buffalo and other animals.

Feral animals would be shot and killed by game hunters travelling to the Australian outback under a "conservation hunting" plan by the Shooters and Fishers Party, which is preparing to field candidates around the country in the federal election.

So, apparently under the Code of Practice for Pounds and Shelters all organizations are required to do health and behaviour assessments. This is to ensure that plans are in place for the phsycological wellbeing of the dog. I wonder how many dogs that have been assessed by these pounds and shelters with lovely temperaments have been killed. Maybe the government should get some facts and statistics before keeping a barbaric legislation in place that doesn't properly target non-social and aggressive dogs.......

Cleaning workers in Oaxaca, Mexico crushed dog alive.
Still alive a puppy was crushed by the hydraulic jack of garbage truck Salina Township.
Salina Cruz, Oaxaca., On April 8, 2013: - Three subjects were involved in the killing of the man's best friend, putting it in the jaws of a garbage truck, being crushed when he was alive.
The three murderers were identified dog one collectors of the H. City of Salina Cruz.
and according to the Municipal President they have been sanctioned and encouraged to conduct themselves at all times to provide their service under the principles of fairness, respect and professionalism"

Shame on the person who took the pictures for not saving the dog before being crushed.

An interesting story ..

Roger Brown, who is disabled and diabetic, told authorities he woke up at his home in Indiana to see his left foot - which he has no feeling in - covered in blood and his entire big toe and pinky missing yesterday, WTHITV 10 reports.

Mr Brown said his six-month-old pit bull, named Bo, was in the room and had obviously been gnawing at his foot while he slept, taking off the toes as well as actual chunks of his foot.
