I had originally posted this picture a few days ago.
Thousands of you saw it and shared it before It sadly had to be removed due to my violation of causes terms.
As we are not allowed to post peoples names etc..
However - now due to OUR overwhelming ringing, faxing and emailing the Police and Animal Control this person has officially had her name published.
She is, as the news story states being investigated over the picture.
